Select some of those used greeting cards that were too pretty to throw away, and recycle them into novel cards to send to females on that special occasion, or just to keep in touch.
MATERIALS:
-Used greeting card with
an appropriate design -Craft foam -Ribbon
-Matching button
with a shank -Tacky glue -Scissors
DIRECTIONS:
Cut the card to the desired shape, then cut a flap to fit. Cut a piece of craft foam slightly smaller than the flap and glue them together.
Glue the ends of the ribbon to the top of the “purse,” then glue the flap over top of it. When glue has dried, sew a button to the flap. Write your greetings on the back of the purse, slip it into an envelope and mail it off.
Note: Many envelopes can be recycled simply by covering the original address with a pretty label.
