CIF Gulf Grain-Corn, soy basis mostly steady as freight firms

June 30 (Reuters) – Basis bids for corn and soybeans shipped by barge to the U.S. Gulf Coast held mostly steady early on Monday, supported by slow farmer sales and narrowly higher shipping costs on Midwest waterways, traders said.
