Green Gold forage report sees alfalfa weevils in Eastern Manitoba

This is the tenth release for the Green Gold program assessing forage conditions in Manitoba. Reports will be issued from various areas of the Province (Eastern, Central, Interlake, and Western) in the weeks and months ahead.

Hay Day for the Western/Interlake looks to be June 12th. The north portion of the Interlake has seen a rapid drop in RFV and Hay Day is June 10th. Dauphin’s Hay Day is likely June 17th.
