My mother is very special. She brought me into the world when she was only a teenager. She was not able to raise me so her uncle and aunt brought me up. My mother sacrificed her motherhood because she wanted what was best for me. She is still alive and is now a great-great-grandmother. Five generations are here today and I have grown to love and respect her.
Motherhood is a big responsibility and we need to honour our mother for who she is.
The Bible says in Ephesians 6:2,3, “Honour your father and mother, that it may go well with you.”
