Residents in one area of central Manitoba have taken steps to raise the profile of local First World War and Second World War history.



A display, organized by the North Norfolk Archives Committee at MacGregor’s local library, highlighted the contributions of local servicemen and women during the two historic conflicts during a two-day open house in October. Parts of the exhibit will remain throughout November as a Remembrance Day memorial. The library is open most Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
