Manitoba crops are facing one of their toughest springs yet, and the latest challenge has been extreme wind.
With speeds approaching 80 kilometres an hour in some locations, farmers fear their tender crops may face damage from fierce winds. After a late spring, excess moisture and other challenges, it’s not what they needed to see.
