Scott Beaton is an organic producer in Manitoba who grows a variety of cereal crops and forage species for grazing cattle.
At a Manitoba Organic Alliance event in July 2022, Beaton shared his thoughts on some organic practices including how his organic crops have fared during several years of weather extremes and the one factor he feels is most important to encourage healthy soil.
