Canola futures posted solid gains on Friday despite a softer tone in Chicago soybeans. Sharp weakness in the Canadian dollar accounted for some of the relative strength. While soybeans were mostly lower, corn and wheat were both higher in the U.S. with the largest gains in wheat.
