Closing grain and oilseed market update: Canola corrects lower to end week | Jan. 9

Canola failed to hold onto early gains, settling with small losses buying interest subsided and traders squared positions ahead of the weekend. Chicago soybean futures were higher, while corn and wheat held closer to unchanged. The USDA is set to release updated supply/demand estimates on Monday.
