The Manitoba Wheat and Barley Growers Association (MWBGA) is seeking farmers for its board.
There are four seats to be filled on the board of directors, for four-year terms. Nominations open Nov. 1, and close Nov. 30.
All nominees must be members in good standing of the organization, and have the support of five members in good standing, to be eligible to run for election.

Nominations must be submitted to the MWBGA office in Carman, Manitoba.
An in-person election will take place at MWBGA’s annual general meeting (AGM), which will be held at 12:30 p.m. on February 13, 2020 during the CropConnect Conference at the Victoria Inn Hotel & Convention Centre in Winnipeg.
For those members who are unable to attend the AGM, an advance ballot option will be available. Voting instructions, procedures and timelines for the advance ballot option and in-person voting at the AGM will be available on MWBGA’s website.
The successful candidates will be installed to the board of directors at MWBGA’s 2020 AGM.
