Assiniboine Community College’s Prairie Innovation Centre is the recipient of a $500,000 gift from a locally based equipment chain.
Mazergroup, the largest New Holland dealership group in Canada, has 15 dealerships across Manitoba and southern Saskatchewan.
“Mazergroup continues to have a long history of co-operation with the college for training our people, so this funding commitment just feels right,” said Bob Mazer, president and CEO of Mazergroup, in a media release. “Assiniboine is a great school with great staff and facilities, and we are proud to be partners in working toward a better future in agriculture.”
