Feed Grains: Ukraine corn harvest 77 per cent complete

Winnipeg, Nov. 16 (CNS) – Following are a few highlights in
the Canadian and world feed grains markets on Thursday, Nov. 16.

The Ukraine corn harvest is 77 per cent complete, according
to UkrAgroConsult. Average yields are 5.15 tonnes per hectare.

The French state agency FranceAgriMer has increased its
forecast for feed barley exports to 6.78 millon tonnes,
according to AgroSalon. This is 28.4 per cent more than was
exported last year.

Two Australian companies have had their barley export bans
lifted by Chinese authorities after almost three years,
according to The Weekly Times. The Australian arm of French
exporter Louis Dreyfus and Mitsubishi Corporation-owned Agrex
Australia, were both suspended from exporting barley to China in
September, 2015.
