Trinia Kell of Elm Creekrecently sent us a list of recipes she’s looking for including one for tartar sauce and for a coconut corn flake cookie she remembers trying a few years ago. Trinia also requested a recipe for onion pie which we just happen to have in our files. If you love onions, this is a very tasty pie and makes a wonderful main course meal with a salad, or served as a side with a meal of roast beef. It’s a great fall recipe when onions are abundant from our gardens too.
