U.S. President Donald Trump unveiled baseline tariffs on all U.S. imports, plus larger tariffs for a number of major trading partners April 2. For Canadian farmers though, there will be little change from the last month; initial indications are that an exemption for goods compliant with the Canada-U.S.-Mexico Agreement will stand.
