This issue’s map shows the amount of precipitation that has fallen across the Prairies so far this winter as a
percentage of the average. From the map we see western Manitoba, eastern and western Saskatchewan and
much of southern Alberta have seen well-above-average amounts of precipitation so far this winter. Southcentral
Manitoba and northwestern Alberta have been on the dry side.
