CONDITIONS OF TENDER: 1.The drafter of the tender has been advised that the cultivated acres, which comprise part of the lands described, are irrigable. However, any interested parties must rely on their own inspection and knowledge of the property. 2. Parties may bid on all the property as a whole or on any half section(s) or quarter section(s) separately. 3. Tenders must be delivered to McCulloch Law Office by 4:00 p. m., Tuesday, November 24, 2009, accompanied by a $5,000.00 deposit cheque payable to McCulloch Law Office.
