All summer long my geraniums are in full bloom but when the frost threatens in fall I have a decision to make. Do I leave them out to die or do I find a place for them in my house? I choose the most beautiful ones and find space for them inside.

In the spring I am anxious to move them all outside into the sunshine, but one night’s frost would destroy them. The thought came to me to place the pots into a wheelbarrow, and move them into the garage for the night.

The plants can enjoy the sunshine, the rain and the balmy breezes but when a storm threatens or the nights become cold, into the garage they go!
