Precipitation Map

This issue's weather map comes from the Weather Underground. It shows the total amount of snow on the ground over all of the U.S. and the southern half of Canada. With talk of significant flooding this spring due to high snowfalls south of us here in Manitoba, I thought it would be appropriate to take a different look at the situation. I have to admit, after seeing this map I'm scratching my head about the forecast.
